Philippians 1:6

being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;

Listen to Sunday’s message again and Write a Bio about yourself

See what God has designed you with and how it has been working in your life. How are you wired?

Here’s how to get started:

April 30, 2023

Resized_Resized_20230409_111620_617248611627505.JPG
  • Write in the third person. This makes it easier to write about yourself. Eg. instead of writing I was born at anytown, USA. Say your name- Mary was born at anytown, USA.

  • You can divide the time by years like 2000- 2006 and make a simple list.

  • Start with the earliest recollection of things you did, enjoyed and/or experienced. Leave out the negative things and see what’s left, unless the negative stuff leads you to accomplishments and experiences you wouldn’t have experienced otherwise.

  • List Past experiences that might’ve sparked a passion

  • List Accomplishments that you are proud of

  • Your work experiences are also doors that show some of your expertise. I always felt like I couldn’t do well with numbers, but one of my supervisors said she had faith in me that I could do the job. I surprised myself. I did an excellent job. I just had to figure out how I could make it work for me. Now I don’t say I can’t do that anymore. I have my own way of getting that kind of work done. List those.

You will be surprised at what you see.

You will be so blessed!

WE HAVE OUTLETS FOR YOU.

Planted & Fit for the Kingdom

Like trees, we have to be planted in order to grow and thrive. Our journey starts with Christ and ends with helping other people grow and thrive through Christ. Allowing ourselves to be planted with Christ makes us a new person and living the free life; free to be ourselves, free to love, free to grow. We offer a "walk along" to this free life.

Rooted & Focused on Growing in God

Getting to know God and yourself starts with time and focus and of course fun. That's what are bible study sessions are about. We spend an hour each week, learning how to live a better life- the life Christ died to give us! In a comfortable setting, with a delicious snack and a cup of cocoa or ice tea, we share, we talk, we learn, we get strong. Our roots run deep.

Free & In Full Bloom with your gifts and talents

What's the use in having a great gift if you can't share it with anybody? Living in full bloom gives the opportunity to share yourself with the world, starting in your own circles and spreading out to the community. Don't know your purpose on earth? This is a good place to begin to discover it and bless someone else as you travel to undercover your unique greatness.
